Beverly Julia (Bebo) Wojahn, 79, Cannon Falls, died on Tuesday morning, December 3, 2013 at Angels Care Center in Cannon Falls.
Beverly was born on March 6, 1934 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the daughter of V.C. and Eva (Montis) Bebo. Beverly married Willard L. Wojahn on August 4, 1953 in Dolliver, IA.
Beverly loved her family, visiting friends, and was an active member in church. She lived her faith in "let go, let God, and keep it simple!" She enjoyed playing dice, bingo, fishing and traveling, saying "I like when the wheels are turning."
Beverly is survived by her children, Fred (Debra) Wojahn of Cannon Falls, Julia (Daniel) Haeuszer of Arizona and Charmae (Neil) Greene of New Richland, WI; six grandchildren, Rick (Scott) Wimsett, Zachary (Elizabeth) Wojahn, Hannah Wojahn (friend David Rogers), Scott (Kelsey) Greene, Heather Greene, and Jennifer (Mike) Bergeron;three great-grandchildren, Eric and Laysa Bergeron, Tyler Wojahn; sister, Ginny (Dick) Munson of Cannon Falls; sisters-in-law, Normadine Bredehoeft and Opaldine Clausen; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Willard on October 5, 2011; granddaughter, Bridgette Greene; and sister, Dory Baird.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, December 7 at at Wangen Prairie Lutheran Church, Cannon Falls, with Pastor Curtis Fox officiating. Interment followed at the church cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Scott and Kelsey Greene, Heather Greene, Zachary Wojahn and Hannah Wojahn. Honorary pallbearers were Mike, Jennifer, Eric and Laysa Bergeron, Rick and Scott Wimsett, Elizabeth and Tyler Wojahn, and Daniel Haeuszer.
