Thursday, November 2:
Brian Lorentz, 52, Cannon Falls, was a book and release for court for 5th degree assault.
Saturday, November 4:
Jasmine Fleischaker, 22, Cannon Falls, was arrested by Red Wing Police for 4th degree DWI, .08 or more, and failure to signal turn.
Eric A. Schultz, 21, Cannon Falls, was ticketed for operating an unregistered ATV, failure to transfer title on ATV, and no ATV Safety Certificate.
It was reported at 9:30 a.m. that an ATV was running with no-one around in a field near County 44 and 60th Avenue in Holden Township. This ATV Quad had been taken from a shed on a property on Skunk Hollow Trail in Leon Township overnight. The ATV sustained an undetermined amount of damage. While investigating, the complainant stated he heard a diesel truck tearing around in the area. This truck had been reported stolen and was recovered at 9:00 p.m. in Inver Grove Heights. Undetermined amount of damage was reported to the truck, along with $3,300 in items taken from the vehicle.
A suspicious vehicle was reported at 8:49 on Skunk Hollow Way and 70th Avenue in Leon Township. The truck was reported stolen out of Wabasha County.
Monday, November 6:
Craig Gisch, 40, Randolph, was booked and released by Cannon Falls Police for 4th degree DWI.
Samuel DeMoraes, 36, Cannon Falls, was ticketed for speed (69/55).
