Friday, June 30:

Marcus Martin, 43, Rochester, was arrested by Cannon Falls Police for 1st degree DWI, 1st degree refusal, driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety, and violating driving restrictions. He appeared in court July 3 and bail was set at $50,000; or $5,000 with electronic home monitoring. His next court appearance is scheduled for July 27. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond on July 6.

Saturday, July 1:

Debra Delva, 59, Cannon Falls, was ticketed for permitting public nuisance.

Jonas Virnig, 27, Inver Grove Heights, was booked and released by Cannon Falls Police for 3rd degree DWI and .08 or more.

Friday, July 7: Lisa Guter, 28, Hampton, was ticketed for speed (79/65).

Scott Sandberg, 35, Cannon Falls, was ticketed for failure to display vehicle registration, cracked windshield, trailer not equipped with chains or cables, and non-working vehicle signals, no proof of insurance, unsafe equipment, operating an unregistered vehicle without plates and no automobile fenders.

Shane Crandell, 44, Cannon Falls, was arrested on an apprehension and detention order for 4th degree criminal sexual conduct. He was held and appeared in court July 11. He was sentenced to 30 days, with 5 days credit for time served.

Saturday, July 8:

Kendall Brandner, 26, Cannon Falls, was arrested by Red Wing police for two counts of 5th degree possession of drugs, driving after revocation, possession of hypodermic needles, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was held and appeared in court July 10. Bail was set at $2,500 and his next court appearance is scheduled for August 4.
