All are welcome to the opening of Olmsted Medical Center's $3.3-million Sports Medicine and Athletic Performance Facility on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. The new facility is located at 5155 55 Street NW, Rochester (immediately west of OMC's Northwest clinic).
The new facility offers Southeastern Minnesota's athletes sports medicine and athletic performance services at one convenient location. Welcoming amateur and professional athletes of all ages, the facility's programs include clinical sports medicine and performance improvement training, rehabilitation services, sports psychology and nutrition, and dedicated training for hockey, running, baseball/softball, golf, and many more. Open house guests will visit with the facility's sports medicine and athletic performance staff and view demonstrations of the unique Woodway Blade hockey treadmill, EliteForm training system, and the throwing and hitting programs. Prizes will include services offered at the new facility.
